Working Through Stress 11.9.12

With less than a month left here at Imagewest, I find myself with mixed emotions. The holiday season is right around the corner but there is still much work to be done. Between numerous class projects, client work to be fine-tuned, and trying to maintain even the slightest bit of a social life, it can be easy to get bogged down and overwhelmed this time of year. Plus, thanks to the recent time change and cold weather, moods just seem a bit more somber for everyone.

But, the best part about it all is realizing that I won’t be facing it alone. The ninjas and I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it leads to different paths. Some will head to graduation and move on to bigger things and many of us will be cherishing our final semester as college students this spring. Keeping in mind the Imagewest spirit, I have no doubt that we will reach our goals and look back on the semester and wonder how it got away so fast. I have had some fun times and have made a number of connections while learning what it takes to get work accomplished. Stress is a familiar foe in our industry, but learning to face it head on is a challenge we can all benefit from.
